This was probably Huell Howser's (local PBS TV station personality)
_Visiting_ show a couple of years back.  Howser's show piqued a lot
of people's interest in the old subway tunnel and he's since led at
least two more tours of the tunnel since with one of the LA
architecture conservation groups.
