They were built for the Eastern Suburbs railway. Entry is by St James station *but* they are renovating the station so access may not be as easy as it used to be. You've missed out on climbing the Harbour Bridge, that was fun but is now well sealed off. The lower spans are hollow and you used to be able to scale the fence at the base of the bridge and climb to the top of the lower span inside. I'll try and think of the other tunnels, my days are a bit of tunneling are a few years old. Neil neilham@magnacom.au
